The family behind Schnitz has a rich Polish heritage, headed by Roman who has been cooking schnitzels since his teens. Their culture and strong family values are honoured in the logo design, represented by a shield that embodies the loyalty, trust, strength and love that they share,

Our role was to refresh their existing brand and store aesthetic in time for the launch of their fourth store in Melbourne Central. Since then they have progressed to over 80 stores nation wide. Schnitz is one of the most recognisable identities in the quick service restaurant (QSR) space, made clear by multiple accolades and, ultimately, the success of the franchise.

We created a brand package big on visual impact. The packaging, POS, signage, architecture and in-store experience resonate in the brand’s craft and customers’ delight.
